SnOw DaY!!!

Welcome to Logan! It snowed a massive amount of snow. So this morning I went out with Wes to take the dogs on a small stroll and watch them try to figure their way around the Cache Valley Snow. As you can see there is a lot of snow, it came up almost as tall as the dogs! I hate snow but it sure is pretty! The bench picture and the tree picture is taken from our apartment door!

We Moved!

I found a job in Logan! We found an apartment! And we took off to Logan! FINALLY! It took 3 carloads, 2 truckloads, and a minivan full of our stuff but we did it! (thanks to much help from family and friends)

We are so excited about it. Its in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes away from USU on what local LOGAN PEEPS call The Island (sounds mysterious doesn't it)

Valentines

Valentines was yesterday as you all know. We are moving this weekend so we didn't have a whole lot of money. So I decided on a cheap gift that would still let Wes know that I love his crazy self.

   First I wrote I {heart} you in mini candy bars. Surrounded by construction paper hearts and left it on the bed.  (Wes was working the graveyard so he saw it when he got home that morning.)

Then I taped hearts all over the walls of the apartment with things I loved about him...so aas you can imagine there were A LOT!

Man how I love Wes.

RUN FOR LOVE

Wes, Myself, and my whole famdamily are preparing for a triathlon in April. We have been going to the gym A LOT!! We heard about this 5K called Run for Love. Wes finished in 23 minutes! AMAZING! Benjamin (my little brother) was the first kid to finish. I still have some work to do..... however i did walk most of the time because our friend DEVIN decided to come along and we just talked most of the time.

After the race we went off to the raffle. Wes and i scored!! ... kinda.

We received 3 prizes. I won a 30 dollar gift certificate to Texas Roadhouse (yummy), Wes won a beautiful plaque that says Sisters by chance, Friends by choice. (pictured above.) We also won a bunch of vinyl letter sayings. We were mostly just excited about the Texas Roadhouse. Ben won 20 dollars cash for being the first kid in. He also came in second in the kids race. He would have won first but he jogged the whole way (humility isn't really his strong point)

We are excited as the triathlon gets closer. learning how to swim, bike, run is hard work but will be totally worth it in the end.

The Superbowl-o-rama

We had a heck of a time during the superbowl . . . Lots of Friends, Food, and laughs. here are some highlites

                                             We also had lots of yummy food. We had wings (Winger's and Chipotle), Rolls, chips and dip and salsa, Cupcakes, Cheesecake bars, and brownies.
